Ingredients
-Grapefruit (or small grapefruit)
-Cinnamon powder (or ginger powder)
-Red granulated sugar (or honey)

Let’s start baking!
1.Preheat oven using the grill mode
2.Wash the grapefruit and cut off both ends so that it can be placed in the baking dish smoothly. Cut the grapefruit in half again then separate the flesh and peel for easier serving.
3.Place grapefruit on to an oven-safe dish, sprinkled with brown sugar (or honey), cinnamon powder or/and ginger powder.
4.Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until the surface is caramel-colored.

If you are not so lazy
It can be served with healthy oatmeal, nuts, sugar-free yogurt, or mascarpone cheese or ricotta cheese. You can drizzle with rum and put it in the oven.
