Ingredients
-70% dark chocolate 250g
-Whipping cream 160g
-Butter 20g
-Cocoa powder

Things you need to use
-Electronic scale
-Whisk
-Milk Saucepan
Let ’s start baking!
1 Cut chocolate and butter into small pieces and place in a bowl.
2 Heat the whipped cream until it just boils and pour it into the bowl of chocolate and butter.
3 Use a whisk to stir when the chocolate starts to melts and stir until all the chocolate and butter are melted.
4 Place in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until it can be shaped.
5 Fill a plate with cocoa powder, shape the chocolate into small balls and coat it with cocoa powder. Store in the refrigerator for a week. Enjoy!
If you are not that lazy
You can try replacing cocoa powder with coconut and crushed nuts.
You can also try adding 20ml of spirits to give it some more flavours.
