Let’s start baking!
1.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2.Heat 205ml milk and 40g sugar in a pot over low heat.
3.The remaining 50ml milk and flour are mixed in a bowl.
4.Before the milk in the pot boils, pour a little bit into the milk flour, stir evenly, and then pour it back into the pot, stirring constantly, until it thickens and boils. Pour into a bowl to cool.
5.Add 8 egg yolks, Grand Marnier, and mix well.
6.Spread butter on the bottom and sides of each baking cup, put in an appropriate amount of white sugar, rotate it sideways, so that a layer of sugar is covered all around, pour out the excess white sugar.
7.In a large bowl, use an electric whisk to beat 3 egg whites until there is a lot of foam, add the remaining 30g of sugar, and continue to beat until the egg beater is lifted and the egg whites are like small hooks.
8.Use a soft spatula to gently and slowly mix the egg whites with the previous batter.
9.Fill each baking cup and bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes, or until the cake grows tall.
10.Quickly take photos after leaving the oven! Otherwise, it will shrink back soon. Enjoy!
If you are not so lazy
You can try different flavors:
Fruit: 60g fruit puree can be used instead of spirits.
Chocolate: Replace 35g low-gluten flour with 20g low-gluten flour + 20g cocoa powder, and replace spirits with rum or whiskey.
