VEGAN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

-Very Ripe Avocado 2pcs
-Dark Chocolate 100g
-Cocoa Powder 25g
-Sugar-free Coconut Milk or Almond Milk 60g
Things you need to use
-Blender (cooker or juicer)
Let ’s start baking!
1 Chop the dark chocolate to small pieces and melt it over hot water bath or microwave.
2 Put all the ingredients and melted chocolate into the blender and stop the machine to stir every few seconds until smooth and thick.
3 Pour into cups and enjoy!
If you are not that lazy
Add a teaspoon of ground coffee (from coffee beans) to enhance chocolate flavor.
Chill the avocados the night before so the mousse can be ready to serve immediately.
